HISTORY
In 2003, God called a man to begin a work, for Jesus Christ, in the Native American culture, which has been established with up to twenty-two charter members, that has been allowed to call the work Sacred Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
In 2003, Michael A. Alarcon Sr. was led to First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church where he was saved and baptized, by the authority of First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, where he was raised to know the truth about The Lord Jesus Christ, and has been taught the doctrines of God, by Pastor Douglas Knox, and Fresno Missionary Baptist Institute & Seminary.
Sometime later, after Pastor Alarcon’s example in The Lord’s New Testament Church, The Lord called his entire family. Norelva, David, Janine, and Michael Jr., have all surrendered to The Lord, at First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, where they have all been saved and baptized by the authority of First Galilee.
In 2006, The Lord privileged Pastor Alarcon to surrender to the ministry, under the guidance and authority of The First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. The loving care of First Galilee has provided for Pastor Alarcon, to be equipped with financial aid, and in all provisions at Fresno Missionary Baptist Institute & Seminary, for the last seven years. Pastor Alarcon has achieved the degree of Master of Theology, and Bachelor of Theology by completing the thesis program at Fresno Missionary Baptist Institute & Seminary.
In 2008, The Lord opened the mission field door for Pastor Alarcon, on the Big Sandy Indian Reservation, a Tribe of Native American Descendants known as The Band of Mono People (NEUM). The work was established by door to door knocking, and by the determination of the missionary, in which God allotted the missionary work a building to begin a Bible Study, and by the grace of God the Gospel continues to be spread. The Big Sandy Tribal Council was overwhelmed with the Sacred Landmark Missionary movement, for many of their known Tribal Members lives were being changed from the world to righteousness.
The Big Sandy Tribal Council allowed the mission work to use their Elder’s Building for Bible Study, but due to the increase of the mission work, they privileged the work to move into their Tribal Gymnasium, rent free.
As, of April 8, 2012, Sacred Landmark Missionary Baptist Mission had been privileged the blessing to begin a worship service on Sunday morning, in the Big Sandy Tribal Gymnasium, that the Lord has allowed to grow to twenty-two charter members.
Therefore, by the overseeing and the approval of the First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, and by the fruit of The Lord Jesus Christ, at the Sacred Landmark Missionary Baptist Mission, Pastor Alarcon was awarded the Certificate of Pastor Ordination, in August of 2012.
The Sacred Landmark Baptist Mission has been awarded the ecclesiastical blessing, by First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in March of 2013, to be recognized as a called out assembly unto the Lord Jesus Christ, as Sacred Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
Furthermore the Sacred Landmark Missionary Baptist Church History stands in the hands of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for the future belongs to Christ Jesus…Pastor Alarcon.
Colossians 1:18
“And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence”.
